You may add product specifications, quantities, intended training use, destination, timing, budget and supplier preference. Provide business information relevant to the requirement and avoid sending payment credentials or sensitive personal information.

Purpose of review

Inquiry information is used to understand the buying task, ask clarification questions and discuss sourcing support. Relevant product requirements may need to be discussed with possible suppliers to obtain responses. The scope of any sharing and next-step coordination should be clarified during the inquiry. Submission does not establish a supplier relationship or authorize an order.

Optional preferences

Budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis and supplier tier preference are optional. When JavaScript is active, those controls are merged into the existing purchasing requirement during form serialization. Your visible requirement text remains editable and unchanged by that summary. Without JavaScript, include optional preferences directly in the requirement field.

Browser storage
